Brief Answer:
Fissure in ano or proctitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
Pain during bowel movements could be due to anal fissure or proctitis.
Anal fissure is a condition in which there is a small "tear" at the anal opening causing pain and sometimes bleeding during bowel movements.
Proctitis is a condition in which the rectum is inflamed.
Anorectal examination has to be done to find out the cause.
I would advise you to get examined by your doctor before planning the treatment.

Dr.R.K.
