Brief Answer:
submucosal fibrosis/oral candidasis- requires evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

As per your clinical details, it appears to be a early stage of sub mucosal fibrosis (persistent white patches) or oral candidiasis. If you upload a photo of the lesions I will be better able to help.

Patients who complains of persistent burning senastion (with no help of antioxident ) can be treated by fibrinolytic agents.

I suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and get detailed ENT examination. He/she knows the evaluation. Treatment can be started according to the findings.

If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Looks like early sub mucosal fibrosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

As per photo, pale mucosa indicates early changes of sub mucosal fibrosis.
As such, naked eye examination could possibly differ from photographic evaluation. Kindly evaluate with an ENT surgeon to confirm this

Do not worry, It will take time to heal.

Hope, I have answered your query.

Take care.
