Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation During Urinate

could be infection.
Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!
An infection is still the primary diagnosis I would think of and should be the first to be ruled out with a urinalysis and possibly a urine culture. Infection in the urethra(urethritis), bladder (cystitis) or the prostate (prostatitis).
Are you sexually active? Did you had a sexual encounter with a high risk individual days or weeks prior to your onset of symptoms?
Treatment is usually antibiotic and prostate infection doesn't always show in a urine sample. I would also get a KUB prostate ultrasound to check for abnormalities. Prostatitis is commonly caused by infection and is treated for one month of antibiotics.
In the meantime I would drink plenty of fluids (2liters a day), abstain from ejaculation and any sexual activity.
