Brief Answer:
Burning urination due to UTI ,What you suspect warts need to be confirmed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning urination which is most likely to be due to UTI.

As regards the bumps which you suspect to be warts may be either warts or multiple Sebaceous cysts and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist or Dermatologist .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is it possible to upload photographs of your genitals and penis
2) Did you have history of unprotected sex very recently?
3) Do you have urethral discharge ?

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
These are Sebaceous Cysts and not warts .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and uploading photograph.

These are definitely Sebaceous Cyst and not warts .

The genital skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more Sebaceous Cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin. Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.

Consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment. If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac)

Thanks and Regards.

You are a great help honestly. The DR. at the urgent care facility seemed very unsure as to what I had. He said it could be 1 of several STD's, but he is not a specialist in urology like you are.

Do you agree that 2, 500 mg pills of erythromycin will help?

I just want to ask you one more question if you do not mind. A day before any of this started I had held my urine for like 6 hours because I could not find a bathroom. When I finally got home, I urinated so hard it almost hurt because I had been holding it so long.

The day after is when everything started. Could I have caused my own infection when I urinated with all my might. Like a torn urethra that became infected?

Could that feasibly be the cause of my symptoms?

Is there any type of cream I can put on the sores? or do they just heal on their own?

Also, is it normal that my groin area hurts today? It is painful to the touch also.

So this is likely not herpes? Reading the Internet really makes you worried. It seems like the cysts are kinda spreading or worsening on the other side because the temperature is hot outside.

I've read that a first outbreak of herpes contains many of the same symptoms As a bacterial infection. could you just explain to me a little why this is bacterial.

Brief Answer:
Avoid surfing and finding answer to your queries on internet .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .Reading on internet makes many patients confused and anxious and make them to think about the problems that they really do non't have .

The nature of the problems and diagnosis can be confirmed by doing swab test and culture of scrapping from the site of lesion and not by reading articles on internet .

Go ahead and get the urine test and swab test done to confirm the diagnosis .That will help you to allay your anxiety and give you peace of mind.

Thanks and Regards.
