Brief Answer:
UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Here are some of the symptoms indicative of UTI. Patients might exhibit one or more of the symptoms

1. Burning micturation
2. Frequent micturation
3. Back ache
4. Nausea and vomiting
5. High grade fever
6. Foul smelling urine

One has to confirm UTI with a urine routine and culture. I usually start Tab LEVOFLOXACIN 500mg Once a day for 7 days after confirming UTI. I also recommend you to drink plenty of water, about 3 litres per day.
Uncomplicated UTI is easily treatable so please get it evaluated soon.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Urinary tract infection

Hello

Thanks for getting back

UTI is often seen in people using public toilets, sexually active individuals and diabetics. It is more common in women than women.

Here is what you should do to avoid UTI

1. Drink plenty of water. Avoid dehydration
2. Urinate after unprotected sex, this prevents UTI to a large extent
3. Avoid public toilets as much as possible
4. Check yourself for diabetes ( even if you are just 24 I recommend screening)

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
