Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation While Urinating
Question: 10 days ago I started having burning while urinating. Monday I had blood work and everything came back negative, but two days ago a minute abrasion appeared at the base of penis.

1) Did you have unprotected sex very recently before having this problem ?
Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Thank you for your answer. 15 days ago I had brief oral sex. It was in her mouth very briefly and I did not have an orgasim. I never do that and had a blood test Monday and the results came back normal yesterday. The day after the blood work I noticed the abrasion.
