Suggest Treatment For Burning Stinging Sensation In Lower Abdomen While Fasting

My father feels better but occasionally he is getting the urge to scratch certain areas. He only stopped using the medications that his doctor asked him to.
I am not feeling much the muscular pain but it is still coming back as burning bursts of stings on the surface more and is most discomforting.
What is worrying me more is the same burning stings pain at the lower part of my stomach - on both sides where are the remaining belly folds are - I cant even touch them when are soar - is this because I am loosing fat in those areas?
The weight loss will continue as we are half through the Holy Month of Ramadan, but after a long hot day fasting I am consuming more water and liquids than any foods - the pain is surface skin only in both of my troubles - will this continue?

Acidity is the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Nice to hear about your father. He would improve completely gradually.
Now, as part as your problem is concerned, you are probably getting acid reflux due to the Ramadan fasts.
I suppose, if you can take medicines, then take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone during the days of fasting.
Continue with hot fomentation of the chest area.
In case, you develop any lesions over the chest, write to me with a photograph a herpes zoster can also present like this way, but there need to be lesions over the chest for that.
