Question: i have a calcium deposit on my wrist that is getting bigger over the years.
I now have alot of pain in my wrist hand and arm

Calcium deposit over bone and soft tissue can be extremely painful. Here are my suggestions to you

1. Tab Aceclofenac is the ideal pain killer for this type of pain. Take twice daily for not more than 3 days
2. Meet an Orthopedician to get an X ray done as soon as possible.
3. Tenderness and increase in size are absolute indications to undergo surgical removal of the calcium deposit
4. Further work up into the calcium metabolism must be done. Meet a general practitioner as soon as possible
