default
Posted on Mon, 4 May 2015
Question: I have a callous on the ball of my foot. I placed a medicated cushion with a disc on it it had salicylic acid on it. I left it for two days. The area is now white I tried to remove the white area and it began to bleed in a small spot. I stopped and now it appears to have stopped bleeding, but hurts now. I am a diabetic and upon checking with package further, it says Do Not use if Dianetic.

Brief Answer:
Foot sore

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to note your skin problem.

It is important to do the following now:

1 Make an appointment to see a podiatrist very soon

2 Control diabetes well. Poorly controlled glucoses can cause further problems in healing.

If you cannot find a podiatrist in your area, contact your PCP (Primary Care Provider) and ask for referral to one, unless the PCP wishes to take care of it

Just ensure there is direct medical care for this as opposed to letting it heal by itself
