Brief Answer:
Continue applying the antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the picture and it appears to me as candida diaper dermatitis.
The diaper dermatitis can be contact dermatitis, candida dermatitis or bacterial dermatitis.
Rashes of each of them have a different character. In candida dermatitis the rashes are scattered called satellite lesion with white patches and surrounding redness.

I would suggest you to follow these steps

1)Maintain proper hygiene and wash your hand each time with soap before handling the area and changing the diaper

2)Check it frequently whether she has passed stool/urine

3)Change the diaper frequently to prevent moisture on the skin

4)Use plain water for cleaning the area

5)Leave it open to the air for few minutes as the skin can breath

6)Use wipes(mild) like baby jonshon's wipes for wiping

7)Don't rub it,instead XXXXXXX it gently to make it clean and dry

8)Spread the antifungal ointment, better if it also contains Zinc oxide as it prevents irritation and help in early healing of skin

With the hep of all these measure the lesion should heal within 4-5 days.If the condition worsens consult your physician for need of oral antifungal if any.
I hope this helps
Wish your baby speedy recovery

Regards
