Brief Answer:
More description required for treatment planning!!

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I read through your query and accordingly I must say that removal of teeth is the last resort of treatment in dentistry this decade. We believe more in SAVING THE TOOTH policy. However I can give a better diagnosis and treatment for your query based on few more information of your problem.

I request you to upload your recent x ray of your affected tooth if possible and also the about the symptoms like pain (how long it started, nature of pain etc),
Whether you have swelling in that side of face,
Do you have fever and difficulty in opening the mouth etc?

If you can post these symptoms along with the X ray we can reach a proper diagnosis and plan the treatment accordingly.

Hope you understood what I meant and reply as early as possible so we can do follow-up as early as possible and solve your problem. Have a healthy day!!!
