Suggest Treatment For Celiac Disease

Question: I am an active 65, still working. female, dxd hypothyroid & have celiac disease. I've always been bothered w/coldness even in summer (I'm in AR). I take levothyroxin daily. I'm having increased probs concentrating on conversations and following music in choir. I have a history of anemia (iron) and last year even after celiac and strict diet - no cheating whatsoever. However i have NO problem at work though i do same thing i've done for 33 years so... Last Dec my Ferritin was 6.5, got an infusion. this Aug i saw regular endo. He checked Ferritin (71.9) TSH 0.6, B12 was 681, PTH was 32.7 and Calcium 9.5. Yes i keep records now. these were only things he tested. I don't know if this is thyroid related or blood related. Dr. is very disinterested in looking further.
Brief Answer:
Your thyroid is Ok.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query.
I have seen all your attached reports.
I can say that you are a healthy female because most of your results are within the normal range.
Actually you have a normal TSH result and this means that your actual dosis of levothyroxine is OK.
You are in euthyroid state and this do not explain your cold intolerance(that can be a symptom of hypothyroidism)
At the other side you don't have a iron deficiency anemia.Your actual RBC,HGB,MCV.MCH and MCHC are within the normal range.
So,even your blood is Ok.
If you were my patient i will ask to do the cortisol level.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Regards
