Brief Answer:
Cellulitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Red bumps at the site of injection could mean that there is cellulitis of the upper limb. Here is what you should do

1. if possible please attach a photo of it so that I can help you better
2. use betadine and clean the area well. Cover it up with gauze piece with mupirocin ointment
3. I usually give tablet augmenting three times a day for 5 days to reduce the infection
4/. seek help from a surgeon if it worsens

I hope I was of help , if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
