I want to do body building
May i know any exercise to avoid
Brief Answer:
Any exercise which puts heavy load on spine must be avoided
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
After age of 30 there is some degenerative spinal disease in most of people which happens due to bipedal gait leading to loss of blood supply to disc at very early age.
So any exercise which puts heavy load on spine(lifting heavy weights) or produces axial torsion(bending or turning too much especially forward bending) must be avoided.
Swimming is best exercise for spine. For neck you can do neck extension exercises. Be very careful I will not strongly suggest you body building at 34. Thank you.
