I really need your help...im very much tensed..
Last month i washed my penis with undilutted dettol...after few days many small pimple like bubbles occured..and im really tensed...please help

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Application of undiluted Dettol on penis can cause chemical burn. Hence not to wash your penis with undiluted Dettol any more.

Appearance of bubble like eruption indicates vesicles probably herpetic vesicles.
Genital herpes is diagnosed with a physical exam and typically confirmed with a swab test or a blood test.
HSV (Herpes simplex virus) infection is best confirmed in the laboratory by detection of virus, viral antigen, or viral DNA (PCR) in scrapings from lesions (swab test).The most commonly used serological assays (blood test) are those that measure antibodies to glycoprotein G of HSV-1 (gG1) and HSV-2 (gG2).

I feel you consult a Dermatologist /STD i.e Sexually transmitted Disease specialist without delay as the lesion is on external genitalia .
Don't get tensed. Gental HSV infections are amenable to antiviral chemotherapy.

Sir what you are saying is that i have a chance of std...that made me more tensed sir....im really tensed ..what to do....

Sir this was shown only after the application of dettol..does that indicate about STD..is there any chance of hiv??

In the first instance why did you apply dettol? There must be something to wash off .Please give more details particularly about any sexual contact as the lesion appeared on external genitalia.Application of dettol will cause immediate lesions (blisters) and not after few days.
In case you don't want to disclose or discuss your sexual contact/habit,then you consult your Dermatologist and confide with him.Genital Herpes is STD but it is curable and has got nothing to do with HIV infection.
You have not mentioned your age also.

Sir im 22 yrs old..
I had sex with a girl....but accidently condom broke...but we both got a hiv test and we both are negative...that girl is married and she is 28 yrs old...is genital herpes is too dangerous..can it be cured...how can i conform that it is genital herpes..

I have no other symptoms of hiv like fever flu body pain fatigue etc..

And i dont have any pain or itch

Sir im very much stressed after hearing this and im very much stressed..my mind is dead....sir please sujjest me some anti deppresants

Since you had unprotected sex (condom broke accidentally),vesicular eruption on external genitalia could be Genital herpes which is caused by HSV (Herpes simplex virus).
The diagnosis of Genital herpes can be done by swab examination of the lesions and by blood tests.I have already mentioned these.
Genital herpes is not dangerous and is curable.

Acyclovir is the agent most frequently used for the treatment of HSV infections and is available in oral formulations.
However you need to see first a Dermatologist or STD specialist for physical examination and subsequent investigations and treatment.
You don't any anti-depressant for a possible curable disease ( most likely Genital Herpes).
