Suggest Treatment For Chest And Arms Pain
Question: Hello Doctor,
I have a friend of mine who has been facing a lot of problems lately. She feels a pricking, shock like pain in her chest which I think could be breast, a burning sensation, sudden coldness,pain in arm pits, back area and the respective arm and heart area too from behind. She has been having broken sleep and the pain becomes so much that it is difficult to bear. Last night when I visited her she got such an attach again and she lied flat on the bed with her palms tightening into a fist... Initially, I naturally held out my hand between her fingers, but then i realised that she was pressing her fingers (with slightly grown fingernails) against herself while forming a fist.... Luckily, i could feel the pressure as i slid my hand in time. She is unable to speak, or do anything when she faces such pain. Due to domestic pressures and problems it is difficult to take her to a hospital or do a medical check up. Could you please suggest what could be causing these problems to my friend. She is 22 years old.

first of all she had ingested harpic and due to that her internal organ damaged and due to that when ever she take any spicy food or alcohol er symptoms exacerbated.
so first of all she need to control diet and quit alcohol.
also medication like antacid (Pentoprazole, ranitidine, rabepraole etc..)
she needs to continue medication.
Though her internal part is healed ,she needs to take care about it.
Alcohol and spicy food precipitate gastritis and already you are prone to develop it.
What ever symptoms you described is suggestive of gastritis.
consult gastrosurgeon for detail check up and examination.
