Suggest Treatment For Chest Discomfort That Is Not Getting Better Even After Taking Ranitidine
Question: Been having this uncomfortable feeling on the chest, took antacid tablets like ranitidine and others, no severe pain, pokes or feel uncomfortable once a while, more than a week now, not regularly though. Pls help.

As you don’t have any history so it’s unlikely to be due to heart issues. But still to be on the safe side it’s advisable to get an ecg and echo done. Once that will come normal we will be able to exclude cardiac origin and then we can focus from the gastric point of view.
