Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the follow up questions,
It is imperative for you to keep warm first. Secondly, the presence of mucous needs to be carefully investigated. It might be important to know if you do smoke or not. Also if you suffer from chronic bronchitis, asthma, emphysema or not. In case any of these conditions are present, this could be an exacerbation. If absent, it would be important to note if you have had any fever or not. In the presence of fever, you might have to exclude an infection. In this case, a chest X ray would be important to appreciate the state of the lungs, and a complete blood count to document any increase in the number of white blood cells, to better document and evaluate any infection if present.
I strongly suggest a proper clinical review by your primary care doctor, coupled with a chest X ray depending on the clinical findings. Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health. Do feel free asking any follow up questions in case of need.

Brief Answer:
Proper review,, no serious worries
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the update,
I do understand this could be very disturbing. Chest tightness could be an indication of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease like asthma. Inhaled steroids, taken regularly and appropriately for about a month should yield positive results, if it is actually asthma. Chest tightness is very characteristic for this condition, especially in the presence of a family history, wheezes, and if more severe at night.
Excluding other out of lung conditions that could cause chest tightness could be imperative. Gastroesophagal reflux disease could mimic asthmatic crises and be characterized by chest tightness.
As you await to see the response under inhaled steroids, and an evaluation for gastroesophagal disease, small doses of anti anxiety drugs like Stresam and Tranxene could be useful. I however reassure you that following medical advise, and a proper clinical review and investigations in your case should be able to to yield positive results for sure. ind regards as I wish you the best of health.

Brief Answer:
It is a possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the follow up,
Irrespective even of the value of the peak flow, a chest infection is one of the possibilities that must be carefully considered and ruled out. I suggest a proper clinical examination by a doctor for rales , wheezes or crackles, a chest X ray and a complete blood count and measurement of C reactive Protein ( a marker of infection).
It is a possibility of course. kind regards

Hi and thanks for the update,
It is reassuring and real good news everything was Ok. I suggest you might need to be patient. I think excessive coughing as you rightly put it could explain this pain.
In case the pain intensifies or does not fade out within a few days, other causes of pain and an in depth evaluation would then be needed. As of now, I think you stay calm, watchful and feel good, especially as the clinical review and peak flows are reassuring. Kind regards.

I dont know if its because im having anxiety attacks but im short of breath my legs ache and my arms i was at work lastnight and i was so tired and im usually ok i just dont feel myself im convinced i am dying
Brief Answer:
Be calm, difficult to associate pain to anxiety
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
Anxiety alone cannot explain tiredness. It might be useful to check out for a possibility of some degree of depression. Aches in arms and legs are really not signs and symptoms of anxiety.
I think you are really just so worried. My suggestion is staying calm and positive. You really need not bother considering that the clinical and paraclinical tests you have done have not revealed anything serious. Be calm and watch again for a couple of days.
Kind regards,

Im sorry to bother you again doctor but im really starting to think i have a serious illness i have had bad diarreah today i cant take deep breaths the bottom of my legs ache and im tired
Brief Answer:
No worriess, electrolyte loss check
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
Never mind, I would be glad making my little contribution any time I can. It might be interesting to know what you ate yesterday, and if you ate something you have not been used to. It might be food intoxication. If the fluid loss is severe, loss of ions especially potassium/Magnesium could cause serious muscle aches. If the diarrhea was so severe, doing an electrolyte panel for these various ions could be useful, in order the replace any, in case of a deficiency.
I suggest you just take enough fluids for now and seek the opinion of your GP in case symptoms persist or aggravate within a couple of days.
Kind regards
