Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Numbness In Hand

Question: my left hand has been feeling like it was asleep for a month or so also been having chest pain under collarbone and all across chest and burning In stomach I gave Gerd and anxiety had a ekg and chest x-ray and blood work done all came back perfect im thinking heart attack cause it's all on left side

(3) MRI Cervico Dorsal Spine
