Brief Answer:
Can be Myocardial infarction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

Diastolic pressure less then 60mmm of hg should be investigated thoroughly. Most experts define low blood pressure as readings lower than 60 mm Hg diastolic .Low diastolic blood pressure is a risk factor for new-onset heart failure(due to coronary artery blockage) in older adults.
As you have a history of chest pain and after that episode your diastolic blood pressure is dangerously low we need to rule out the possibility of myocardial infarction and coronary artery disease.

I would recommend you to go for a test called stress thallium.
It is a non invasive test with sensitivity more then 98% to rule out coronary occlusion or any other cardiac event. However a cardiac troponin should be done to see if it was myocardial infarction or not.
As Drop in blood pressure is there after chest discomfort it can be a minor Myocardial infarction and we have to rule out the possibilities.
