Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Nausea, Diarrhea And Fluttering Sensation On Neck

Question: For months now, I have a bunch of unexplained symptoms. Chest pain, shortness of breath, fluttering in the side of neck, bloating, nausea ,diarrhea, pressure in the head behind the eyes, visual changes, severe pressure and pain in head when I lie on my stomach plus I can hear my heart beating and barely anything else when I do lie on my stomach, menstruation is off. I have had ekgs, stress test, echo, mri of head, countless bloodwork. Yet they find nothing. Any suggestions?

I am 27, hypothyroid, vit d deficiency and an aortic valve prolapse (mild), aortic stenosis

I started with difficulty swallowing in oct 2013, then slowly started with headaches, visual changes, weakness, dizziness, felt like I was going to pass out, hot flashes, aug of last yr I started with bloating gas diarrhea and menstruation problems and pain. Then in XXXXXXX of this yr I started not being able to lay on my stomach

Family hx of heart disease, lung ca, ovarian ca, hypertension and diabetes

I do not smoke or drink. When I did drink it was socially but no longer do it seems to exacerbate my symptoms

Thanks for your reply and all the details

Looking at your detailed description it's quite obvious that you must be having medicines like thyroxine and Vitamin D supplements, analgesic or anti inflammatory drugs for chest pain or other supplementary medications,
Certain medicines may cause abdominal upset and other adverse events,
So, In my opinion your gastrointestinal symptoms might be caused by medicines you are taking.

Bloating and abdominal symptoms can be caused by stomach hyperacidity or Acid reflux.
You should take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole group of drugs with antacids.
You should also avoid fried and spicy food or carbonated drinks

Difficulty in swallowing and visual changes are matter of concern
Since I can't physically examine which gives more clue to diagnose you more accurately So in my opinion you should consult an EYE specialist for assessment of refractory error and intra ocular pressure and ENT specialist for Throat examination to establish a cause for difficulty in swallowing which can be caused by any obstruction in oropharyngeal tract.

Hot flushes at your age needs further evaluation too. I see patients in clinic with complaints of hot flushes in your age group and I would advise them for hormonal studies to establish a diagnosis.

Yoga and meditation and living a stress free life will definitely help you
Just relax, have a good balanced diet consisting of all the essential nutrients and food supplements after consulting a dietician
Take medicines regularly as your doctor advised.
