Brief Answer:
Get an EKG done to rule out cardiac causes.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Cardiac causes including that of angina (heart attack) can present without pain. So you have to take an EKG to rule out cardiac cause.
Once the cardiac problems have been ruled out we can think of other causes, simple viral fever and anxiety can cause profuse sweating.
You can consult a physician and get evaluated if symptoms persist.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks
