Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I understand your query and concern.
As per your history,It seems to be a Generalized Anxiety disorder due to an acute stress.
Your doctor has advised you right treatment but as of now since your symptoms are not relieving you need an increase in dosage of your drug.
So I advise you to take Mezlap 0.5mg along with single dose of Propranolol 10mg.This drug is excellent in controlling chest pain assosciated with anxiety.
Note:These drugs should be taken under strict prescription of your doctor.
