Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Pain in chest which increases on moving neck and torso appears to be musculoskeletal pain.
Cardiovascular diseases should be ruled out by an ECG.
The likelihood of cardiovascular diseases is unlikely.
Is there any history of trauma to the chest?
Trauma to chest can lead to pain in the chest.
A X-ray of the chest is required to assess the rib cage and lung parenchyma.
Consult your physician for clinical assessment and investigations.
In the meanwhile, you can take pain killer to the chest pain.

Brief Answer:
Muscle spasm or strain can be the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
ECG is enough to rule out cardiovascular disease at this point of time.
The chest pain can be due to muscle spasm or strain.
You can use local ointment at the site.
Ointment containing painkiller like diclofenac and serratiopeptidase will help to reduce the pain.
Oral painkiller can also be taken.
Clinical assessment by your physician is also required.
