Brief Answer:
antiviral and symptomatic

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Chicken pox is a viral disease and antiviral treatment with acyclovir 800 mg five times a day for seven days is very helpful in limiting the number of lesion to minimum. This drug should be started as early as possible preferably within 6 hr of start of lesion.
Other symptomatic treatments are given
1. Antihistaminic to prevent itching.
2. Antibiotic to prevent respiratory tract infection.
3. Paracetamol 500 mg if fever more than 100 degree F
4. Calamine lotion for topical application

Nail should be cut. Vesicles should not be ruptured it will lead to scar.
Take bath daily.

Hope this will help you.
Thanks
