Suggest Treatment For Chills And Hot Sensation In The Head
Question: I have been having a weird feeling in my head for a couple days now. It feels a little hot inside my head, and it feels weird. I had this before, and it lasted a couple days and i had chills and a little actual fever as well. This time no fever or anything, just a weird feeling inside my head, feels like my head is "full". What can this be?
Brief Answer:
Can be blood pressure issue, can be stress related
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
if someone with your symptoms comes to my office i do a general checkup with blood pressure, routine lab work and neurological examination. This can have different reasons like high blood pressure, other internal or neurological conditions.
If all the above suggestions don't find anything i would further advise seeing a neurologist and doing an mri of the brain just to make sure its nothing neurological/ brain related (unlikely but to be ruled out if problem persists).
Hope this is helping you, if so please kindly rate, if you have any questions feel free to get back to me.

This is probably a really silly question...but this isn't in anyway a symptom for brain cancer, correct?
Brief Answer:
Not typical for brain cancer
Detailed Answer:
Not a silly question i understand your concern.
But i can tell you that much that at least it is not a typical sign for brain cancer since that usually causes more/ other neurological symptoms mostly. But that is why in the end i would recommend an mri to give you peace of mind.
