Suggest Treatment For Chondral Defects
Question: small chondral defect in lateral femoral condyle measuring 3 mm in transverse dimension; moderate chondromalacia involving medial patellar facet. Horrible pain last week couldn't walk without walker. A bit better this tuesday but knee still gives way with pain. My doctor say to rest it for a week. Any suggestions? Thanks-Karen XXXXXXX
