Brief Answer:
Early intervention through Gastrointestinal endoscopy is mandatory

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Many of your symptoms point to underlying chronic acid reflux symptoms. This condition needs confirmation through an appropriate test called Upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy.

A biopsy should also be performed to rule out H Pylori Gastritis. Based on test results, further management can be carried out.

Gastritis of various causes can be treated with oral medications alone. Whereas few selective cases of acid reflux can be treated by surgical intervention.

Long-term acid reflux if unchecked can lead to cancerous changes in the stomach.

Meanwhile, a short course of oral medication like Pantoprazole can be considered to minimise the symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests in your case to determine further course of action.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
An inguinoscrotal hernia is not responsible for your symptoms

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Herniation into the scrotal sacis not responsible for your symptoms.

But hiatal hernia (a small portion of stomach displaces upward into the thorax) can lead to such symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
