Brief Answer:
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
What you describe is consistent with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
The treatment for this is twofold: a combination of an SSRI medication such as Lexapro/Prozac/Zoloft along with weekly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with a licensed therapist. I would seek consultation with a local Psychiatrist to explore medication options, and with a local therapist to explore options for CBT.

Thank you very much, Dr. Sheppe for your prompt reply.
I forgot to mention few symptoms:
1. I am highly sensitive
2. I spend too much time in thinking rather than taking action/implementation
3. I have stage fear with body tremor
4. Poor Recalling Memory
5. Severe Confusion
6. Cognitive Impairment
I was very brilliant before I started developing these symptoms but now I am very dull and poor performing at work. I am not able to concentrate on my work because I keep thinking about when will I get rid of these symptoms. I fill as if I closed all the doors of getting cured.
Can SSRI medication improve my confidence level?
How many sessions of CBT usually required to get back on the track?
I was wondering if you could suggest mood booster and confidence booster techniques, diet etc.
Thank you very much, Sir.

Thank you very much, Dr. Sheppe Sir
Appart from Generalized Anxiety Disorder, do you see any other disorder?
What do you suggest how would I go ahead?
Do you provide paid e-therapy(e-CBT) through e-mail/chat/video?
Thank you very much Dr. Sheppe Sir.

No other disorder.
I would seek consultation with a local Psychiatrist to explore medication options, and with a local therapist to explore options for CBT.
I do not provide therapy online, this must be done in-person to be effective.
