Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain

Question: I have cryonic back spasms. My hands just twitch occasionally. And my body hurt constantly I figured it was from my job (restaurant), but it's been going on for over a year. I do have GAD so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
Brief Answer:
Possible but fibromyalgia should also be considered.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
GAD may have something to do with those symptoms. Anxiety can mimic many conditions and manifest in many ways, some more common than others. Twitching of the hands is common. Back spasms is less common but still possible.
Furthermore even when not directly responsible anxiety is a common associate of other conditions and may exacerbate their symptoms. Such widespread pain as you describe may be in the setting of fibromyalgia which main feature is widespread pain and sensitivity to stress levels. So that is a possibility to be considered as well.
