Suggest Treatment For Chronic Backache

Physiotherapy, vitamin D3 and analgesic are required.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having chronic backache. Treatment is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Physiotherapy and back excercises are useful. You should also check your vitamin D level as vitamin D deficiency is important cause of backache. If found low you can take vitamin D3. Doses of vitamin D3 is 60000 IU weekly for 10 weeks in deficient cases. MRI of lumbar spine is useful in knowing the cause in detail.
You are also advisable to consult general surgeon to also see local causes of buttocks pain and pain in gluteal region. You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Local cause or vitamin deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
Its cause may be some soft tissue cause around gluteal region. So it is advisable to consult general surgeon to rule out local cause.
Second possibility is vitamin D deficiency which can cause such unexplained pains in muscles and bones.
Everything else already discussed.
