Brief Answer:
You can get steroid injection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and and I think if your pain is since long time and there is no relief with medicines then I would suggest you to get a steroid injection in wrist. This will give you pain relief. It should be given by a trained orthopaedic surgeon.
other option is to get a minor surgery to decompress your median nerve. This will give you permanent cure.
I would recommend you to try these two methods. I can assure you that you will never feel any pain after this. I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks

Hello Dr XXXXXXX
I have done some research and having an operation will not necessarily fix this problem and you didn't answer my question Dr Naveed - I paid my money because I wanted a direct answer to the question I asked... so I'll ask again: If I take Endone with Solone will I have stomach issues - I'm not able to function very well under this extreme pain... is there a better alternative? Please be specific, as it's 11:37pm, Sunday evening here in Australia and I cannot sleep because of the pain.

Brief Answer:
Solone can cause gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Solone can cause gastritis and along with Endone it can cause nausea. So you need to take Pan D Tablet with this. It contains pantaprazole and Domperidone.
Also you should not take solone and Endone together and keep at least 2 hour gap.
Other option is Pragabalin and Amytryptalin. These medicines are very effective in carpel tunnel pain.
As far as surgery is concerned results are good in more then 95 percent of cases in our hospital .
Let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
