Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constipation And Abdominal Pain

Question: I have suffered with chronic constipation my entire life. For the last few weeks, I have had several caseins in my stool. My diet has not changed, but the caseins have increased in size and number. They are also associated with increasing pain on the left side of my abdomen. The pain is not relieved after my bowels have moved. Should I be alarmed?
