Suggest Treatment For Chronic Diarrhea And IBS

Question: My Mother and I have both been experiencing problems with diarrhea now for several Months. I am 52 she is 74 with irritable bowel syndrome. We pretty much eat the same meals as she prepares, no diet changes, or routine changes. It is consistently every morning now for about 2 or more months. Is there something in your opinion
we could try before starting all the tests a specialist will want.

1) are you a diagnosed case of Irritable bowel?

2 ) Using any meds these days for ANY thing?

3) Any medical conditions you are suffering ? biabetes hypertension or any thing?

4) Do you know what diet changes should be there in IBS ? ever tried?

5 ) What is your height and weight?

6) How are your stools? watery or semi solid?

7) Do you get abdominal pains too?

8) Is there any body aches or tiredenss after bowel movements?
