Brief Answer:
A couple of conditions to consider and evaluate further. Read below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In my opinion, there are a couple of conditions to exclude before saying that your headaches are of primary origin since the brain MRI was normal.

Changes in blood pressure are one of these conditions to consider and evaluate further by monitoring your blood pressure with Holter monitoring.

Recent virus infections also should be considered and evaluated with necessary blood tests. Stress-related headaches should be considered also.

If no problems after these evaluations, we can say that there is no underlying condition to cause headaches and symptomatic treatment is necessary.

Discuss with your Doctor these issues.

Hope this helps, feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Regards
