Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem .
I have seen the attached picture . I must say that the picture resolution is not that great . If it is possible, kindly click some good resolution close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page .
You seem to have developed macular amyloidosis which is an itchy skin condition in which there is development of darkening of skin along with itching.
Also please provide me certain more details .
Which all areas of body are affected ? Is the itching and darkening only over the back or elsewhere also? Are the buttocks ,elbows or knees or face involved?
What all are you applying over if?
Do you apply any oil over body especially mustard oil?
I am sure I will be able to help you more once you provide me some close up pictures along with the above details .

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures.
The skin involvement is quite extensive in your case.
On initial look, you seem to be having either a generalised eczematous skin condition or the underlying problem is macular amyloidosis.
Now to teach an exact diagnosis,it is necessary to completely examine the patient directly or sometimes even a skin biopsy is required.
Firstly, it is important that you avoid the application of mustard oil completely . It is important that you keep your skin moisturised so as to avoid itching. So you can apply coconut oil or olive oil twice a day.
Betnovate is a mild agent for your problem and would not help much.
Start application of Lobate cream mixed with Vaseline lotion over the affected areas of body twice a day after taking bath .
Take tablet levocetrizine once a day daily at night.
You can take the above treatment for upto two weeks .
It should surely be of help in your problem.
Bur I would again emphasise that you should make up your mind and see a local dermatologist for follow up since you need a complete evaluation to find the cause of eczema .
