Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
Thanks for your attachments as well. I have gone through them.
What ever I have gathered from your reports it does not give any impression that omnacortil will work in your case.
Please take my advice to go as per your treating physician, and if you want you can take second opinion from another nephrologist.
Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome.
Good luck.
