Brief Answer:
Muscle relaxants and pregabalin can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You are having multiple problems that are associated with pain and nerve compression. In addition to the pain killers and regular exercise you need muscle relaxants to relieve pain and muscle spasm, as needed. Vitamin B12 supplements & Pregabalin may be helpful in controlling the neuropathic pain.
You must also figure out a particular bed, preferably a coir-foam mattress, for resting and give it ample time to set in. It takes some time to do so and one should not expect immediate relief. Even the sleeping position matters, so avoid sleeping on sides and stomach in case you do. While on work don't sit in one position for more than an hour and take frequent stretch breaks. Do not bend forward to lift things up, bend the knees and hips for that. Also discontinue any strenuous activity or exercises for some time.
Epidural steroid injections and lumboscaral belt can be considered in case the pain is persistent.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Purchased a posurepedic "hospital type' bed with simi firm mattress. durring the night when the sweating starts it is usually at waist line,as though I have infection?
So i sleep on one side or other kicking bed clothes off till I cool down. Tried taking a shower before bed and tried out spraying with un-sented deoderant around my trunk and back. First time in 2 years really slept well.
I did try B12 last fall but for some reason made me very groggy.
As I said my home is a quad level, so I usually get 5,000 steps a day just in the house. everything is on a different level. The 2 back braces I have are VERY uncomfortable, and being 4'11'' was smallest they had to offer. Yes I try to be very careful with all chores, and get help as needed. Yes I've had the steroid enjections and were usless. I thought surgery would also help w spinal stenosis too. Just gut feeling I started a chain reaction,or the screws injured some spine nerves. Got up feeling great. 7:30 now 11:30 AM, leg muscles back mostly bones just hurt.

Brief Answer:
Sweating can be due to a nerve related issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The excessive sweating can be due to a nerve related issue. taking Vitamin B12 supplements and electrolyte rich fluids should hep in reducing this. Climbing so many steps also does not help with your back pain and bone pain. Do add calcium supplements to your diet and get your Vitamin D3 levels evaluated.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to a fracture.

Detailed Answer:
The swelling and pain in the wrist can be due to a minor fracture. This can be detected only after an X-ray. Avoid all painful movements. Continue with ice and pain killers. Please go for the appointment for proper examination.

Regards.
