Question: I have chronic pancreatitis for the past 2 years with 2 hospital stays. Am I a higher risk of getting pancreatitis cancer. I am not diabetic at all.

Yes, chronic pancreatitis is a single factor of pancreas cancer. However the risk of this cancer is minimal. It is proven that the risk of pancreas cancer in case of chronic pancreatitis is 1,8% after 10 years of the disease and 4% after 20%. This is really not much. We can say its minimal.
If you want to lower that risk, there are few thing you can do to improve your pancreas condition. Do not smoke, avoid red meat, avoid alcohol, avoid fatty foods.
