Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Genital mycoplasma can be responsible for genital infections like urethritis, prostatitis ,urinary tract infection and the symptoms may include pain in lower abdomen or pelvic area, pain in genitals (penile tip, testicles) ,pain during ejaculation, urethral discharge, frequent urination, pain during urination etc.
Stomach ache and neck pain or stiffness are not characteristic of this infection so it is unlikely that these symptoms are related to this infection.
There is a number of other conditions that can cause stomach pain or neck pain that will need evaluation.
Hope this helps.

Hello again.
Well ,the first line therapy for chronic prostatitis are Fluoroquinolones like Norfloxacin for 4-6 weeks.
Azithromycine and Doxycycline are usually second line therapies and they are effective against Mycoplasma.
Azithromycin (Zithromax) is usually given 500 mg once a day for 4 weeks.
If your symptoms persist ,it might be a good idea to start Doxycycline 100 mg twice days for 4 -6 weeks.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Take care.
