Question: I recently visited a Dermatologist for haifall problem and she indicate me that i have chronic telogen effluvium So what should i do now she give me ketoconazole shampoo and some vitamins adgain capsules.
he give some tests for Vitmain b12,d3,lipid profile ,TSH .Is it necessary to perform all these tests.

At this age most of the individuals have hairfall because of hereditary,pollution,dandruff,stress,inadequate protein diet.
Vitamin deficiency and hypothyroidism leads to hairfall.
You can do these tests.
You can use minoxidil 2% solution twice daily.
Use anti dandruff shampoo like ketokonazole if you have dandruff twice a week.
Drink plenty of fluids,take almonds,dates,egg white.
