Hi,
Greetings. Welcome to HealtcareMagic and thank you for your question. I understand your concern.
Most likely in your case a number of problems are there overlapping each other.
Vertigo and tinnitus in a female in early 30's can be because of labyrinth pathology(inner ear).
IT can be menieres disease also. Menieres usually presents at age of 30-40 years in females and is characterized by triad of three symptoms-
Vertigo- Atleast two episodes of rotatory vertigo lasting for 2 hours.
Tinnitus-A false perception of sound.
Aural fullness-A feeling of off and on heaviness in ears.
Fluctuating Hearing loss- A pure tone audiometry should be done preferably during attack of vertigo.
However some times initially all symptoms are not present and it may take years for all symptoms to appear in some patients.
Another possibility is labyrinthitis in which there is inflammation of vestibular nerve causing severe tinnitus and vertigo.
Complete inner ear evaluation is to be done by a Neurotologist(Its not Neurologist).
Now lets come to ectopics.
You have not mentioned the frequency of ectopic's. Without knowing the frequency of ectopics,Just labelling them as benign on the basis of stress test and 2d echo is something i can't agree with.
Runs of Ventricular ectopics lasting more then 30 seconds can even cause sustained ventriculr tachycatdia which can even be fatal.Echo and stress tests are initial tests of cardiology. To be on safer side before labelling ectopics as benign and giving you clearance i would suggest you to go for electro physiological studies. There is a old saying that prophylaxis is better then cure. When we have better tests and machines why not to get fully sure before labelling something as benign.I hope you are getting what i am trying to say.
As per your query regarding bowel cancer. Some amount of mucus in the stool is normal; however, significant amounts of mucus may signify an intestinal condition such as infection or inflammation. Increased amounts of mucus in the stool can also occur with cancers of the colon or rectum or with bowel obstruction.however in case you want to be dead sure that its not colon cancer,Meet your Gastroenterologist and go for a planned Colonoscopy. Things will be clear in a day.Symptoms of all from hemorrhoids to colon cancer are almost same.Hence to reach a differencial on the basis of only history is very difficult.
I hope i answered your query well,In case you have any specific question feel free to ask, i would be glad to help you.
Thanks.
Problem with bowel can be because of iron supplements you are on
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
As per the initial history given by you ;you are having thalassemia trait.
Problem with bowel can be because of iron supplements you are on.Ferrous salts are often poorly tolerated by patients. I would suggest you to shift on iron polypeptide therapy. They are the latest advent in field of anemia treatment and are very well tolerated by patients.Brown color of mucous also points towards poorly tolerated iron therapy.
Provide me a list of all medicines you are on right now with doses.
Waiting.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
As already suspected by me you are on iron salts which i said are often poorly tolerated by patients.
Replace iron tablets by Iron polypeptide salts (initially 12mg once daily) for 1 month followed by(6mg once daily() for 3 months.Your gastric problem will be much better in a week.
In case you have any other query feel free to ask.
Regards
I think we are going in wrong direction,It can be due to severe stress and anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Its very strange that electrophysiologist is labelling them as ectopic's even when there is not even a single documented proof of it despite of repeated investigation.
So in short we even don't know whether they are ventricular ectopics or atrial ectopics or just normal anxiety induced palpitations.
One thing i can't understand is that when not even a single episode of these palpitations have been documented then how come we are labelling it as ectopic. I mean apart from ectopic's there can be a number of rhytms which can cause palpitation.
Have you ever tried any anti anxiety medications?
Are you a smoker or alcoholic?
What are your anxiety levels?
Do you feel stressed out all the time?
Do you feel like there are unreasonable thoughts and fears (obsessions)in your mind that lead to compulsive (recurrent thinking about the same things again and again)?
How about your sleep cycle?
Do you feel traumatized by your problems?
How is your social life?
Who told you that they are ectopic's without documenting them?
Do you always have the though that you are not fine or you have ailments,By that i mean every time,Even when you are doing some other work a part of your brain is always pre-occupied by thoughts of ailment etc?
Please take your time and answer them carefully and point wise.
I think we have already investigated your heart a lot and now is the right time to increase our thinking spectrum.
