Acute urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed chronic urticaria.
It's an allergic reaction.
Antihistamines like cetrizine can only control the symptoms that is itch.
There must be some food or perfume or any type of cloth which is causing this.
Finding out the cause is very important.
Blood allergy pannel tests are available and can be done by any lab.
Please get it done, it will help in finding out the cause.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
It will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.

Brief Answer:
Get blood allergy test done

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It is definitely urticaria.
Try to monitor your diet.
Start with plain rice and cooked potato with home ground spices without preservatives.
Keep on adding a new thing in your diet.
Keep noting down what you have consumed, the moment you develop these rashes look back to notebook and see what you took last and then avoid that.
Just try this exercise for 3 months.
It's tedious but there is no other way.
Medication can give you temporary relief.
Get blood allergy test done.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
