My wife has psoriasis and today we observed some circular patches on hwr neck back and chest. She has psoriasis only under her hair. Are these related to psoriasis or any fungal infection ?no itch. Its like white patches. Not that scaly but when i rub its like flaky

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like pityriasis versicolor most likely though psoriasis cant be ruled out completely.
It is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to go for Potassium hydroxide examination of the scrapings to confirm the diagnosis first and then start the treatment.
