Brief Answer:
No cirrhosis - could be an early cirrhosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Only the CT scan shows some features in the liver which may indicate cirrhosis of liver. The other features including the liver function test does not show any features of cirrhosis of liver.

So an early cirrhosis is a possibility.
A liver biopsy or a fibroscan may be done to see whether there is cirrhosis of liver.
I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

If possible can you let me know the reason for cirrhosis? Is it fatty liver? If it is a fatty liver does that come in ultra sound? Please confirm

Brief Answer:
First let's confirm the diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Let's first confirm the diagnosis of cirrhosis with either a liver biopsy or a fibroscan.
Once it is confirmed we can investigate about the cause.
As per the report causes like hepatitis B, C, XXXXXXX disease and autoimmune hepatitis have been ruled out.

Dr.R.K.

Have some more doubts

Can you please confirm if right posterior hepatic notch is always the sign of Cirrhosis? Or does it indicate some other disesae?

Also regd the reason for Cirrhosis, i don't take alchohol at all. I have no BP,Cholestrol, Sugar. Normally what might be the other reasons of Cirrhosis?

Is Liver Biopsy a must for me to diagnose the cause of the Cirrhosis?

Also if it is early Cirrhosis what might be the life expectency?

Sorry if i am bothering you too much. I am just worried too much at the moment

Thanks for your time and help

Brief Answer:
We shall confirm the diagnosis first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is prudent to confirm the diagnosis first before analyzing further.
Either liver biopsy or fibroscan can be done. Fibroscan is better as it is noninvasive.
There are many different causes for cirrhosis - alcohol intake, Hepatitis B and C, Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, matabolic disorders like XXXXXXX disease, auto immune disorders etc.

The life expectancy depends on the stage of cirrhosis and its complications.

But I would reiterate again that lets confirm the diagnosis first before discussing further.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
