It is not that easy to diagnose the cough of your child from here without examining him or her. In this 6 months of age groups your child may be suffering from
bronchiolitis or viral

wheezing. So I would like to know the following queries from you-
1. Is the child a frequent wheezer?
2. Is there watering from nose and eyes?
3. Is there any sputum production associated with cough?
4. Is there any family history of asthma?
Before prescribing cough syrup I need to know all these points>
