Cold is usually a viral illness of 3-7 days , but you need to aware of complications like ear infection , secondary bacterial infection , sinusitis etc if there is fever , respiratory distress or rapid breathing , poor oral acceptance , excessive cry or any ear discharge or otherwise baby appear sick.
