Question: my daughter is have bad cold and cough due to change in temparature.

Hello XXXXX, Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. A simple cough and cold will be cleared off by your daughters immune system. If the symptoms persist for more than 7-10 days then we may need to get her a course of antibiotics.
Otherwise, Syrup Ascoril, Steam inhalation, plenty of plain water and rest with Paracetamol syrup will do for her symptoms for now.
If her fever goes beyond 102, she may become dehydrated and needs to go to the Emergency department for evaluation.
