Thanks for writing
The sensation of cold feet and hand may be caused by any disease which interferes with the blood and nerve supply of the limb. Although many medical conditions can cause this,Diabetes is the most common cause leading to nerve damage that is neuropathy.
Beside diabetes other common causes are-
1.Chronic kidney disease (uraemia)
2.Vitamin deficiency (vitamin B12 and occasionally vitamin B6)
3.Alcohol abuse and cigarette smoking
4.Low thyroid hormone levels
5.Vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels) and atherosclerosis due to ageing.
