Suggest Treatment For Cold, Heaviness In The Head, Cough, Fever And Throat Irritation

Question: I am suffering from cold,a heavy head & cough.Cough is centered around the throat.Irritation in throat.Coughing more while sleeping.
Also have fever 99.4

I would advise to continue doing what you are doing...

T. DOLO 650 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Warm Saline gargles
Steam inhalation with karvol
Drink warm water at regular intervals

T. MONTEK LC ( montelukast +levocetirizine) one tablet at night for 2 days
A mucolytic cough syrup like MUCOLITE might help.

If not better in a day or two, visit the doctor who will examine you and based on your condition, might start you on a course of antibiotics.

Can I have a sleeping tablet(alphrax 0.25)
along with this medicine.Are there any side effects of using alphrax?
